This white sage with the inclusion of the rose energy is a perfect smudge to burn to create a sacred space for Love and balance. Traditionally the rose is associated with attracting love, conferring peace, stimulating sexual appetites and enhancing beauty.
What's in the Bundle
- In the bundle: 7 Chakra Rose Petals & White Sage
- Size: about 4 inches
- White sage: farm-grown (not wild-picked); most of our sage is certified organic
- Hand-tied with cotton thread; lights many times
How to Smudge
Light the tip over a fireproof dish, let it flame for a few seconds, then blow it out so it smoulders. Fan the smoke where you want it — into the corners and doorways of a room, over a stone or a piece of jewelry, around yourself from feet to crown — with a feather or your hand. Open a window so what you clear has somewhere to go. When you are done, press the ember out in sand or a shell. Never leave it smouldering unattended, and keep it clear of smoke alarms, curtains, children and pets.
Pairs Well With
